Rental Policies


1. In order to reserve a piece of equipment from Houston Party Rental, we will require a non-refundable credit card deposit to be placed on all rentals at time of reservation. This will ensure that we do not rent this item(s) to anyone else for your requested date.
2. BIRTHDAY/PRIVATE PARTIES (Less than 3 items, event being held at a private residence) Should you cancel your reservation in advance or prior to the delivery driver leaving the warehouse with your inflatable, because of weather related conditions, Houston Party Rental will refund 75% of your rental fee. 25% is non-refundable and will go into a credit that can be used towards any item for up to one year. Once item is delivered or picked up by customer, there is no refund given, regardless of weather conditions.
LARGE EVENTS (3 or more items reserved, and/or event being held on public property, school, church, or company parking lots, etc) – a cancellation fee of 50% of the contract amount will be assessed if the event is cancelled at any time prior to delivery. Cancellations MUST be in writing. There are no refunds on equipment once it is in transit, even if it is not used. The balance due under this contract is due one week prior to event (unless prior arrangements have been made.) Any additional time incurred beyond the reserved time will be prorated accordingly and added to your balance due. Renter of equipment assumes all risks associated with weather related delays and/or interruptions of the equipment once it is delivered. Safety takes priority over weather conditions. In the event of heavy rain and/or strong winds such the equipment cannot be safely used and the event is cancelled prior to delivery, 25% of the deposit will be credited to a newly scheduled event (does not apply to events already reserved) to be completed within one year of the original event date.
3. If you are a tax exempt organization, it is your responsibility to provide Houston Party Rental, Inc. with your current signed and dated tax exemption form. You will be responsible for all sales tax until this form is received by our office. The form must be received in our office at least one day prior to your event date. If form is received after event date, Houston Party rental will impose a $15.00 administrative cost to refund the tax. This form is required by the state of Texas and is not waive able.
4. The location of your event MUST be disclosed at time of reservation. If your event is being held on public grounds (public parks, churches, or school, etc), we are required to send a minimum of one trained safety attendant to watch equipment. If your event is being held on private property, then a safety attendant will not be required and the property owner and renter will be required to sign a release of liability at time of rental.
